Coles Banksia Grove

A big shout out and thank you to Karla (from Halifax) who helped me in Coles Banksia Grove today. I was feeling out of breath and very hot and sat down on a shelve near the roasted chickens. Karla saw me and asked if I needed help she then brought me a chair to sit on and then got me some water and tissues. She spoke to me while I cooled down and regained my breath. Then went above and betond and helped me complete my shopping and took me through the checkout and even packed my car. Thank you so much your help was much appreciated I have shopped at Coles for many years and have found their prices and products second to none and I now add customer service to that. Please thank Karla for me and I wish her and her family a very merry Christmas.

I always love to come shopping at coles. They has fresh vegetable and fruit. So many think on special price. The best think is close to my house.

I wanted to shout out the staff at this store particularly Danielle who I had an interaction with yesterday and Fletcher who I dealt with a couple of days earlier. Both were exceptional with their customer service super friendly and polite. It’s good to see staff who enjoy their jobs. Thanks to all .

Personally I find most of the staff here to be friendly and helpful. Prices are similar to most other Coles and Woolies conglomerates. Sometimes I can be found sneaking a few guilt inducing goodies and treats into my basket.

Great place always has good specials on meat that I buy for myself, family, neighbour and dogs. The avocados are great too. The off cuts (lamb) $7kg extremely good quality meat so affordable.

Very well laid out store with plenty of free parking. The staff in the store are extremely friendly and always willing to assist customers. It's a pity that people are too lazy to put their trolley in the trolley parking and just leave them to damage people's vehicles. They have now planted some trees which may help but only time will tell

The staff and management are so helpful, during the lockdown Liz the manager was Soo organized and had organized staff to direct customers and form queues for all the essentials and check outs so there was no rush ....well done Liz and the Team at Cole's Banksia Grove Village.
